2025 closings, weighted by ASP. Self-reported, then cross-checked against Census BPS, county recorder data, and 10-K filings where applicable.

Growth

YoY closings change normalized for market growth. A builder growing slower than its market shows up red, even if absolute units rose.

Price defensibility

Realized lot prices vs. recent comparable transactions in the same submarket. Tighter spread = higher score. Rewards builders who don’t leave money on the table.
