Every product decision starts with a question from a real builder — pricing a lot, scouting a submarket, routing a buyer. If a feature doesn't help someone close more units, it doesn't ship.

We pull from the BLS, Census, FHFA, HUD, FRED, and county recorders — pair it with builder surveys and our own consumer portal — and turn it into prices and rankings you can defend in a land committee.

The Builder 100 is scored on closings, growth, and price defensibility — verified against permits and public filings. Free Profile builders are equally eligible. Paid tiers don't influence rank.
